Patient Evaluation
This patient requested a more beautiful smile. We used Invisalign to straighten the bottom teeth and she had two veneers added to enlarge her top two lateral incisors.
Treatment
In 2002, she had whitening as well as two beautiful veneers added for her peg laterals at iSmile. Dr. Salzer also added a bit of composite to close the two front teeth where they meet at the inner edge. Afterwards, she had braces for a few months to address the typical ortho relapse we often see when patients don’t wear their retainers. She could have done Invisalign, but she agreed that she wouldn’t be compliant enough. The brackets were placed down low on the teeth so no one could see them.
