What happens at my first orthodontic visit?

Your first visit is about education, not pressure. We’ll review your smile, take diagnostic records , and explain your options clearly. You’ll leave with a roadmap for treatment—even if you’re not ready to start that day.


 
 
 

Do you treat both children and adults?

Do you accept dental insurance?

We do not accept dental insurance but we have an insurance coordinator that can assist you with most dental insurance questions and help patients maximize their orthodontic benefits with their insurance company.


 
 
 

What if I have an emergency, like a broken bracket or lost aligner?

If you experience a loose bracket, poking wire, or misplaced aligner, reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll let you know how to manage it at home and arrange an appointment if necessary to keep your smile moving forward.


 
 
 

How often will I need appointments?

Most patients visit every 8–12 weeks, though Invisalign® patients may come less frequently thanks to remote monitoring.


 
 
 

Do you offer early orthodontic treatment for children?

Yes. Following American Association of Orthodontic guidelines, we recommend children have an orthodontic check-up by age 7. our office prides itself on utilizing early intervention. we see patients as young as 3-5 years old. Early treatment can help guide growth and prevent bigger issues later on.
